Hi and thanks for visiting our site! This is Ray, director and principal consultant here at Epoch Analytics. Prior to founding the business, I served as an analytics specialists in various roles at Salesforce, Oracle and Microsoft. During this time, I was surprised to find so many CRM and ERP customers not taking full advantage of native platform capabilities. While these customers enjoyed the benefits of their CRM and ERP implementations, most had only scratched the surface on reporting, analytics, insights, machine learning and now artificial intelligence. Seeing my "ikigai," I established Epoch Analytics.
